Pinched nerve recommendations

I think I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade. I've tried everything from PT, MRIs, orthopedists, stretches and nothing helps. The last thing I have tried is a chiropractor because I think they're BS but at this point I am desperate. Anyone have a chiropractor that has helped a pinched nerve?
