I think just signed my life away with Milan laser, can I cancel it.

I went yesterday had a consultation, for laser hair removal, I am feeling buyers remorse. I think I made huge mistake by signing that contract. I’m on the hook for 10.000 dollars for 24 months idk if I can even handle the treatments. I have a lot of skin issues an don’t do well with sun in general. I am extremely sensitive with my skin. I just feel sick about this. I made one payment yesterday. But I don’t know if I can cancel it. I kinda feel like the lady tricked me into something I know nothing about. What should I do?
