My Experience With AMD GPU

Bought a Sapphire Pulse RX 6600 XT from a reputable seller in October start. It worked fine for a few days, no temps issues or driver issues whatsoever, then after a few days, I put my PC on sleep but it didn't give display so I had to restart it. Now, whenever I shut down my PC, it won't give display after turning on. I tried everything like reseating GPU, resetting BIOS, switching ram slots, etc. Then I searched about this issue for a while and found out that I had to turn on PC after 30 mins, which I did, and it turned on just fine. Same problem continued whenever I shut down my PC. I thought it was windows/driver issue, so I tried DDU but it didn't make any difference. I also installed new windows, but all in vain. Then I thought maybe its PSU issue as I was using some old Corsair VS650w 80+ so I bought brand new Superflower Zillion 750w but it made no difference. It went on about 15-20 days, so I sent the GPU back to the seller and replaced it with MSI Mech RX 6600 XT. Same thing was happening with this GPU, too no display after putting PC to sleep and PC wouldn't instantly turn on after shutting down. I tried multiple things to get display but it wouldn't give display no matter what I did. So I bought another Nvidia GPU just to get display. I removed all drivers from DDU and installed latest drivers again but again it made no difference. My life became hell lol as I have to use my PC daily for office work. So at the end I just sent the GPU back to seller and got refund (wasted 4K on shipping). Had to use that display card for a while then finally bought ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 3060Ti which is working great till now. Life is at peace now haha. Anyways what do guys think was the issue? Is AMD just bad? Btw when I sent those GPUs back to seller they were both working fine on his PC like he was getting display after putting PC to sleep which I wasn't. My specs are :-
