Is it wise to buy a used PC?

I’ve been interesting in getting a simple PC set-up for myself to play games on and I’m looking for some advice. I have experience with PlayStation, Xbox, and switch consoles, but I don’t have much experience with PCs. I have no idea how to build one myself, so I was thinking of buying a prebuilt set-up and I’ve been doing some searching online. I found this set-up close to me and for a good price, I’m not sure what much of the specs mean or how to tell if it’s good or not. Any advice is welcome.
