Has anyone lived in Stonecrest Apartments or Crosswalk Commons?

I am currently looking for a place to move in at the upcoming Aug and found these two places.

Anyone has an idea about them? They both had really cheap rent (410/month). They seemed almost too good to be true.

Reviews of them were really divided into two. Half of them said those places were filthy and awful while others said they were decent places.

Has anyone actually lived in those places, or visited them before?

I also read a lot of reviews about the Granite that it is a terrible housing company. Is it really that bad?

Lastly, if you have any thought about the Quarters apartments, leave a comment plz.
