Moisturizers with the same feel as COSRX 0.1% Retinol Cream? [Product Request]

I've always loved COSRX's retinol cream, it leaves my skin so soft especially as someone with dry skin. I was wondering if there's any moisturizer that has the same feel and soft and moisturizinf effect that is not a retinoid?

I accidentaly used too much retinol just now my skin feels so soft, but washed it off as I think I'll break out.
