Just got officially diagnosed. Experience with strattera 18mg?

Got diagnosed officially today. My psychiatrist wants me to start 18mg. I know to take it with food but I'm a recovering emetophob (extreme fear of vomiting). Any experiences? I know it also comes in 10mg but I wanted to try 18mg. I'm a 46 year old female. I've been on prozac but I continue to have issues with executive functioning, starting and completing tasks, and a constant running mind.
