VGA to SCART adaptor vs cable?

I'm trying to work out a plan for a crt emudriver pc for my crt. I'm getting a gpu to output DVI and then a cable to convert to VGA but then I need to convert to RGB SCART to connect to my tv in the end. I'm not sure whether I should be going for a through cable like this https://amzn.eu/d/hs6AF6n

or a proper vga to scart adapter like this one: https://arcadeforge.net/UMSA/UMSA-Ultimate-SCART-Adapter::57.html

I know I could make one potentially? But I'm not sure I would be able to do wiring and things and I can't solder.

My main issue is just knowing whether these things will work because the amazon one's wiring schematic doesn't look like it's the same as the one I've seen around on reddit.

Are there any ideas on what type of adapter to use?
