Emotional Eating and Coping Mechanisms

I’m 6 months post-op and lately I’ve noticed I’ve switched back into some emotional eating patterns relating to snacking at night. I was wondering for those who are post op, what new coping mechanisms did you use to move yourself away from emotional eating. I don’t want to fall back into old bad habits after having the surgery. If anyone has used any tricks to switch to different coping mechanisms I would appreciate any ideas.
