Whole Home Audio Replacement?
Bit of an audio noob here. Recently bought a home that is wired for whole home audio. They were running a Nuvo system. The main Nuvo 3 zone box is dead, won't power on. There are a few wireless nuvo zone amps that still work and a Yamaha RX-V85 receiver. There is also just an insane birds nest of wires. I've picked through most of it and removed what is unnecessary (they had HDMI switches to run a blu ray player to multiple TVs in the house), but now I am wondering, how do I get the whole home audio back up and running without the Nuvo? I've scoured some audio sub and saw things like using an Apple Airport express and AirPlay but not sure if I am equipped for that? Any advice helps. Thanks!
