Nessa running out of money or something else?

This literally just popped up on my fyp. Why is she last minute releasing songs? What happened to the deluxe coming out in February? Either she’s broke or it’s because her album isn’t being talked about anymore. So very confused on last minute releases I need peoples opinions cause I’m lost!!
