Why did Lip feel entitled to the Gallagher house money when Carl paid for it? (Spoilers)
Lip had no financial claim to the house, yet he acted like he had the final say on selling it. Carl was the one who legally owned it since he paid off the mortgage, but Lip still pushed to sell it against his siblings' wishes. He even rejected a $250K offer, thinking he could get more, only to later desperately try to sell it for $75K, a massive loss.
It feels like Lip’s arrogance got in the way, thinking he knew what was best for the family, even though they were against it. Was he just blinded by his own frustrations? Or did he really believe he had the right to decide?
Edit: Carl didn't own it legally but technically, it was Carl's money and the title was in Fiona's name. Edit 2: Technical term correction; The house was gifted by Carl to his siblings and registered in Fiona's name.
