Forgot to pack prescription medicine

Hi there, I’m currently en route to Las Vegas & forgot to pack my prescription sleeping medication. I’m only there for 4 days, but not having it will impact my quality of life on the trip. What would be the easiest way to get a three day supply? I don’t have coverage to see a physician for a pre existing condition. Thank you in advance.
